Nak dijadikan cerita ada kawan kita dari malaysia datang nak petik apple. So i myself never petik apple2 ni ever since i've been to USA...duuh!! This is first time for me too and im not too excite but our friends are. So we all woke up early that day in freezing morning siap ngan winter jacket and drove about 30 minute before we arrive at Lyman orchard one of the connecticut finest farm land. Arriving there is so magical..i can't believe the place is so serene and beautiful. i can't describe it enough just look it yourself from the pix. so tak sia2 kata org pegi apple picking ni but sayangnye we all can't taste it right there on the spot bcause it ramadhan.

I dont know connecticut has such beautiful fall close to our campsite. Surprisingly we haven't discover this before. This year our community camping event come back to housatonic meadow state park. Beautiful place with it preserve natural habitat. Its about 20 minute drive from campsite.

It was a nice flurry day. The journey started from rizal house and we got up there at Hartford Civic Center around 6:30pm. The place is packed with family which make us finding parking spot a nightmare. Going around the block finally got us a parking place right infront the the center for 10 dollar. Everyone seemed excited enough to watch the show. it started exactly at 700pm and my first impression..wauu weee wooo..it's fun the become kid again..just enjoy the show.

Another eid party is here. This one organized by masjid of west haven committee. This year we try to create something different by focusing more on kids games. We go all the way professionally with video effect and people just like it. It was quite successful whereabout 300 people came and enjoyed a happy good time here. We got lecture by Sheikh Hassan for adult and a lot of games for kids. Unfortunetely i haven't got too many pix to show coz im too busy with the event and no one around to take the picture bzzz.

It was a nice thanksgiving night with another raya celebration host by kus and akson family together.
This time is more personal with our familiar closed friends and families. It was supposely to be held at nine square hall but they change it to a bigger place. Everyone really enjoy their time that night even though it dead freezing outside due to some snow earlier today.Thanks alot for kus, liza, akson, shiela for such excellent raya party.

Well it is so unbelievable to have an early start snow day this year. As far as i can remember, we used to have first snow day as late as christmas. But on the other hand im quite excited today to be able to put my new digital SLR camera into test. Well first few shots not too bad for beginner.

West haven malaysian community like always come together today again to celebrate once a year raya event. I was assigned to manage it with the whole community behind me to support the project. All the credit should go to WH wife's who were responsible to cook and to prepare all the dishes for the day . Alhamdulilah we got at least 200 people came and everyone thought it turn out to be a successful one. Thanks again to everyone may allah bless you all.
